We developed this muesli for those who want a high fibre/low sugar breakfast. Unlike our baked granolas which can be eaten right out of the packet, this takes a little preparation. Mix it with yoghurt and apple juice and leave overnight for a sensational, tasty breakfast that will fill you up all morning. We serve it topped with our 5:2 Blend for a bit of crunch and chopped dried figs.....delicious! Make enough for 2-3 days and leave it in the fridge.
Ingredients: oats, wheat flakes, barley flakes, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, dried apple (apple, preservative sulphur dioxide), almonds, dessicated coconut (coconut, preservative sulphur dioxide), coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, wheatgerm, sesame seeds, linseed, cinnamon
Put 150g Bircher Muesli mix in a bowl. Add 200ml apple juice and 250g natural or Greek yoghurt and a whole cored and grated apple if desired. Stir, cover and leave in refrigerator overnight and for up to 2 days. When serving, top with any of the following: dried fruits, toasted nuts and seeds or fresh berries.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume within one month.
